How To Analyze Art

A Step-By-Step Guide On What To Research

Whenever I am in a museum I feel pressured to witness as many pieces of art as I can, therefore I stroll around the creaky floors at a slow but constant speed, slighlty pausing at the art the grabs my attention. There are the pieces that I can pass by easily, there are the ones that I like and take a picture of, and there are the ones that I need to research later, hang up a replica I printed off to hang in my room, and continue to stare at it. One of those paintings is Printemps (Spring) by Francis Picabia.
